Geoffroy Goffinet is Deputy Director of Authorizations, Licensing and Regulation Directorate at the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution, a position he assumed in September 2016.
Prior to this position, between 2014 and 2016, Geoffroy Goffinet was a senior Retail Banking Expert at the European Banking Authority, in charge of the regulation initiatives for retail payments such as the revised Payments Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the Regulation on Interchange Fees (IFR).
