Jean-Charles Velge co-founded Qover in 2016. He spent the early years of his career at Bain & Company. Before founding Qover, he held several key positions in the private equity industry both in Europe and Hong Kong. He started as an associate at NPM Capital (Benelux) and then served as VP at Redhorse (Hong Kong). During those years, he identified opportunities, sourced deals and supported the development of several European and Asian ventures, resulting in strong profit growth within his portfolio. Jean-Charles was driven into InsurTech by his fascination for technology, his entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to make a profound impact on the industry. Jean-Charles, 34 years old, graduated in Economic Sciences and holds a master’s in Finance and an MBA.
