Initially driving client onboarding, Joanne had oversight of the launches of Revolut, Starling Bank, Monzo Prepaid and Treeezor. Over 6 years, Joanne has led the transformation GPS from Founder owned start up to Private Equity backed scale up.

Joanne is recognised as a leader in payments, including Payments Power 10, Fintech Power 50, EWPN Payments Woman of the Year 2018 Finalist.

Joanne is a judge for Emerging Payments Awards, Inclusion Signpost (a new accreditation to address financial inclusion) and sits on the Fintech Connect Advisory.
