Allowing non-accredited, retail, and institutional investors, to buy and sell shares of individual commercial properties, and providing investors the flexibility to create customized income-producing real estate portfolios while allowing property owners to unlock equity while retaining operational control of their properties. LEX is democratizing the commercial real estate asset class and redefining real estate investing. Before starting LEX, Drew had an exit of a retail clothing company and previously worked in private equity, primarily focusing on real estate and technology transactions internationally. Drew graduated from Harvard University with a concentration in Economics.
