HHI Olutoyin J Oloniteru, the Royal – Prince TOKAA of Arimogija, Ondo State and Ajiroba of Igogo-Ekiti Kingdom, Moba land, Ekiti State, Nigeria is a multi-discipline scholar, researcher, teacher, political leader and an entrepreneur – who is co-founder of the Spindlar Group (Spindlar Cyberlaw Center, Spindlar Technologies, Spindlar Consulting and Spindlar Geospatial Services) – www.spindlar.com.ng; chairman of Digital Extra Ltd (DXL) and founder of its Digital Extra Blockchain Innovations Hub & Laboratory (DXBIH). Justus Olutoyin was former Director General, ICT – Government of Ekiti State,Nigeria (www.ekitistate.gov.ng ); Fmr. Member of National Council on Communications Technology (NCCT), Nigeria; Member of the Presidential Committee on Broadband Rollout in Nigeria. HHI Oloniteru is currently a member of the Expert Group for the Senate Committee on ICT & Cybercrime and its Cybercrime Act 2015 Review Subcommittee, Data Protection & Privacy Law subcommittee. He is a faculty member and research fellow at Digital Bridge Institute, Abuja and law lecturer on their joint specialized MBA – Telecommunications Management Programme with the University of Ibadan School of Business (UISB), Nigeria. Toyin Oloniteru, a mathematician, cryptographer & cryptologist is an alumnus of the Information Security Group (ISG), Royal Holloway, University of London, Egham, Surrey, UK; of the Law School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, UK; of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria; of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria; of Harvard Kennedy School of Government, USA and the International Centre for Land Policy Studies & Training (ICLPST), Taoyuan, Taiwan. The Cybersecurity and e-Payment expert has extensive experience in e-commerce transactions and their processing mechanisms both in the core information technology and telecommunications space but importantly in the acquiring, issuing/card management and transaction processing & switching space with key research interest in e-commerce operations in the traditional information system (TIS) environment and the post Internet – disruptive technologies- Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) space. Olutoyin while at Resourcery Ltd (now Resourcery Plc) was on the project team that set up MTN Nigeria’s switching centres (Apapa, Matori-Oshodi and Aromire-Ikoye), Lagos; part of the team that set up (as technology head) operationally, technically and managerially - Nigeria’s first independent ATM Deployer – ATM Consortium Ltd (ATMC) with Euronet Worldwide Operational Headquarters,Budapest,Hungary and Accenture Nigeria in collaboration with the 9 largest banks in Nigeria. HHI Oloniteru was also technology and business development head for 3Line Card Management Ltd, Nigeria and the lead working in conjunction with Arius Belgrade, Serbia - in the design, implementation and roll out of its Freedom Network and Street Banking solutions/the freedom card platform that powered the FlashmeCash of the Finbank Nigeria (now part of First City Monument Bank, Nigeria). The Prince TOKAA is a Resource Person on Blockchain Technology & Cryptocurrencies – its use cases and applications to Nigeria Internet Governance Forum (NIGF), Internet Governance Forum ((IGF), Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) at eNigeria, the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), the Presidency, Nigeria (Virtual/Cryptocurrencies and Money Laundering) and on Taxation of E-Commerce Education (Training & Workshop) in the TIS and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies environments for Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) – Service Providers, Nigeria.
