Diana Biggs is Head of Digital Innovation for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, UK & Europe and Global Head of Product for Digital Identity at HSBC, where she leads on business model innovation, focused on areas including open banking, digital identity and fintech partnerships. In addition to her role at HSBC, she is a Subject Matter Expert for Oxford Said’s Blockchain Strategy programme, a Digital Leader, Europe with the World Economic Forum, and a mentor with Station F’s Chain Accelerator, Katapult Impact, and Gaza Sky Geeks. Previously, Biggs was Founder of blockchain startup Proof of Purpose, Vice President of Growth and Partnerships for Uphold.com, and Chief Strategy Officer for e-commerce platform Soko.
