Prior to Mash, James spent 15 years working for Morgan Stanley in various roles including, most recently, Executive Director in Technology Business Development in New York.

James holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Greenwich in Computer Science and a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Business Administration and Management.
